Welcome to Qunome. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Qunome's website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using Qunome's Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Qunome provides a hybrid quantum computing platform for genomic analysis and discovery. The Service includes:

Access to our proprietary algorithms and computing resources
Data analysis and visualization tools
API access for integration (Enterprise plans only)
Documentation and support materials

Note: Our Service is constantly evolving. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service at any time without prior notice to improve performance and functionality.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and comprehensive information during the registration process and to keep this information up-to-date.

3.2 Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Use and Restrictions

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
Use the Service to process data in violation of applicable privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) without proper authorization
Attempt to bypass or break any security mechanism of the Service
Use the Service for any high-risk activities where failure could lead to death, personal injury, or environmental damage

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our IP

Qunome retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all related intellectual property rights. The Qunome name, logo, and product names are trademarks of Qunome.

5.2 Your Data

You retain all ownership rights to the data you upload to the Service ("User Data"). By uploading User Data, you grant Qunome a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and process such data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qunome shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
